Mary Clara Rossbach, 89, of Salisbury died Sunday, May 22, 2011, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Mary was born Sept. 22, 1921, to the late Martin and Laura Gamber.

She worked for many years as a registered nurse. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by a son, Kenneth G. Rossbach of Salisbury; granddaughters, Cary Murray, Beth Cook and Kate Rossbach; and several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip T. Rossbach; brothers, Francis, Martin J. and Glen Gamber; sister, Janet Mitchelll; and a daughter-in-law, Sandra J. Rossbach.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Maryland Veterans Cemetery Eastern Shore near Hurlock.
