Anthony P. DaVinci, 80 Of North Wilmington, DE Anthony P. DaVinci, 80, died on June 29, 2011 at Heartland Hospice House in Wilmington, DE. Born to the late Leonardo and Antonietta Fiore DaVinci, he was raised in Chester, PA. Anthony resided the past 40 years in North Wilmington and previously in Trainer, PA. After graduating from Chester High school in 1949, he graduated from Drexel with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He was employed at FMC in Marcus Hook until it's closing, however not before being credited & co-Authored with 4 patents in the manufacturing of Rayon Fiber. During nights he taught math at Delaware Technical Community College. He then worked at B.P. in Trainer as an Environmental Engineer for many years where he retired from. He is a member of Church of the Holy Child and loved spending time with his family as well as his 2nd home in Cape May, NJ. Anthony is preceded in death by 1 brother Clement DaVinci and also his maternal grandmother, Grandmom Fiore. Survivors: Wife of 54 years Rosalie Anemone DaVinci; 1 daughter Marcia (Andrew) Groff; 1 son Mark DaVinci; granddaughter Alexandra Groff; brothers and sisters-in-law Russell and Kathleen Anemone, Ted and Jackie Anemone and Marie DaVinci, Funeral Mass on Wednesday 10 AM at Church of the Holy Child, 2500 Naamans Rd., Wilmington, DE Visitation: Tuesday 7 to 9 PM and also Wednesday morning 8:30 to 9:30 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA.
