Sarah Pearson was born Aug. 7, 1917, in Hillsboro.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie "Chap" Pearson; sons, Melvin Pearson and Ronnie Pearson; and a daughter, Belva Pearson.
Survivors: Sons, Charlie Pearson of Sansom Park and Jerry Pearson of Hust; daughters, Joyce Breen of Weatherford, Ana Scalf of Fort Worth, Janie Hopper of Granbury and Tootsie Hopper of Fort Worth; son, Doug Pearson of Boyd; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
