Frances G. Bailey, age 82, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2006 at Colonial Hills Nursing Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert R. Bailey Sr.; parents, Della and Wiley Cooper; infant sisters, Myrtle and Doris; and brothers, Carl, John, and Wiley Jr. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Glenn R. and Shirley Bailey of Channahon, IL, Joseph W. and Linda Bailey of Greenback, Jerry L. and Betsy Bailey of Louisville, and Albert R. Jr. and Linda of Maryville; daughters and son-in-law, Betty and Jim Rose of Maryville; fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at Miller Funeral Home Cedar Chapel, Rev. Robert Watkins and Rev. Billy Carrigan officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:00 AM Wednesday at Peck's Memorial Cemetery for the graveside service and interment. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
