She was born in Fulton, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter A. Parker and had resided in Fulton most of her life. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church.
Mrs. Rebeor was instrumental with her late husband in the formation of the former A. F. L. Drum and Bugle Corps and the Fulton Kiwanis Drum and Bugle Corps. She was affectionately known as "Mom" to the youths in both organizations. She carried on the organizational work with the two groups after her husband's death.
Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Mary Gibson, Minetto; Mrs. Lola Bradley, Oswego; Mrs. William Hull with whom she resided; Mrs. John Barbara, and Mrs. Dorothy Howell, all of Fulton, and Mrs. Mary Lester of Morton, Wash.; five sons, Harold Rebeor of Rochester; Maurice Rebeor of Oswego; Paul and Francis Rebeor, both of Fulton; and Ronald Rebeor of Geneva; 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday at her late home, 121 Schuyler St., at 9 a.m. and at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery.
