Bonnie Lucille Craft

Bonnie Lucille Craft, 67 of Blue Mound died Friday, June 24, 2011 (3:25 a.m.) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2011 in Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua with visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday evening in the funeral home.

Burial will be in Wright Cemetery, Findlay, Illinois.

Memorials may be made to Cancer Care Center of Decatur or American Diabetes Association.

Bonnie was born in Vandalia, Illinois, the daughter of Orville and Pauline (Barbee) Lofland.

She formerly worked at Hi-Flier Kite Company in Decatur, Illinois. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Taylorville, the Moose Auxiliary #3 in Decatur, American Legion Post #105 Auxiliary in Decatur, and Eagle Lodge #1423 Auxiliary in Taylorville. She attended Warrensburg High School and later earned her GED.

She married Hughie Craft on October 19, 1963 in Oscoda, Michigan.

Surviving are her husband, sons Joseph Dale Craft of Taylorville, Darrell and wife Rhonda Craft of Blue Mound; grandchildren David and wife Alicia Craft of Taylorville, Jeremy Craft of Blue Mound; great-grandchildren Dezaree and Alliyah Daily, Kylee Craft all of Taylorville; brothers Kenneth Lofland of Long Creek, Russell Lofland of Rosamond and Jeffrey Lofland of Macon; sisters Vivian, and husband Don Ewing of Cedar Hill, MO, Janet Lofland and Cheryl Miller both of Decatur; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

Preceded are her parents and brothers Richard and Thomas Lofland.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Wade for all the care he gave Bonnie. Special thanks also to DMH 5th floor staff and nurses Sandy, Linda, Natalie, Allison, and the CNA's. The family also thanks Angie her hospice nurse and bath lady Tina for their support and love.
