Dorothy M. Gifford, 74,of Blanchard, died Saturday, Sept. 26, 1992, at St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Stebbins-McCullough Chapel in Edmore with Rev. Jane Duffey officiating. Burial will be in
Pine River Cemetery in Isabella County.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorials may be made to Pine River United Methodist Church.
She was born July 17, 1918, Isabella County, the daughter of Alvin and Elizabeth (Moke) Robart.
Mrs. Gifford was a member of Pine River United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women and the Blanchard Garden Club.
She is survived by two sons, Donald and his wife Janet Gifford of Blanchard, and Keith and his wife Nancy Gifford of Laingsburg; two daughters, Eleanor and her husband Royal Baker of Mt Pleasant and Joanne Hetherington of Mt Pleasant; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Gifford was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth on Dec. 18, 1991, and a granddaughter, Teresa Hetherington
