MARION, Ky. Freeman Bellar, 81, died at 12:50 p.m. Thursday at Crittenden County Hospital. He was a resident of Marion.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Melven Champion Bellar; two sons. Jim Bellar, Palmetto, and Bob Bellar, Paducah; a brother, Ramsey Bellar, Las Vegas, two sisters, Mrs. May Woolard and Mrs. Loraine Hemming, both of Akron, Ohio, and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Tucker-Gilbert Funeral Home. The Rev. Bill Marrit will officiate. Burial will be in Mexico Cemetery.
