Amon Ra Anderson was the third child and middle son of the six children born to his parents, A. Henry and Anstis Anderson. He was born and raised in Hayland Township, outside of Milaca, MN, on his parent's family dairy farm.
Ra married in 1956, and established a home adjoining the old family farmhouse. Ra was the son who took over the family dairy business and he, along with his wife Betty, raised their three children there.
