Mrs. Elizabeth Cone Mincey, 71, of 1208 Lexington Ave. died Tuesday at home after a long illness. The Bulloch County native lived in Savannah for the past 50 years and was a Baptist.
Surviving are her husband, Frank Pherman Mincey of Savannah; a daughter, Mrs. Lottie Ann Fires of Savannah; a son, Frank Pherman Mincey Jr. of Savannah; five sisters, Mrs. Lottie Griner, Mrs. Dessie Glisson and Mrs. Effie Hunter, all of Savannah, Mrs. Grace Griner of Guyton and Mrs. Martha Benson of Statesboro; two brothers, Brantley and Clisby Cone, both of Savannah; and 14 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside servicces: 1 p.m. Thursday at Fellow Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery near Stilson. Sipple's Mortuary.
