Masonic graveside services will be conducted under the auspices of the Lufkin Masonic Lodge No. 669, A.F. & A.M. at the Knight Cemetery.
Mr. Lane was born October 10, 1911 in Huntington and died Saturday in a Lufkin hospital.
Mr. Lane was a retired machinist for Lufkin Industries after 21 years. He had been a member of the Woodmen of the World for more than 50 years and had been a member of the Lufkin Masonic Lodge No. 669, A.F. & A.M. since 1956. He was a charter member of the Victory Assembly of God. Mr. Lane had served 29 years as a deacon in the Congregational Church and the Assemblies of God church. He had lived in Lufkin most of his life.

* Wife of 56 years, the Rev. Lola Lane
* Daughter & son-in-law: Marcia and Coy Read
* Daughter: Norma Jean Lane
* Sons & daughters-in-law, Wilbert L. "Pete" and Juanita Lane and James H. "Pee Wee" and Glenda Lane
* Nephew: Thurston Childress Lane
* 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren
Fellow Masons will serve as pallbearers
Honorary pallbearers are the Lufkin Industries retirees and the men of Victory Assembly of God.
