Marion Rose Sunvison

Marion Rose Sunvison, 84, of Livingston, died Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at Frontier Assisted Living Community. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, March 8, 2008, at Franzen-Davis Funeral Home, 118 N. Third St., with Hospice Chaplain Sandra Williams officiating. Cremation will follow, and burial of the cremated remains will take place at a later date.
Marion was born May 14, 1923, in Great Falls, Montana, to Marion W. and Ruthe M. (Beaver) Edwards. She graduated from Great Falls High School in 1943 and married Lester D.W. Sunvison in Great Falls on Jan. 15, 1946. The Sunvison's celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary in January. Marion was a mother and a homemaker. Together with her husband, she traveled in their motorhome all around the U.S. and in 1985 they drove the Alaskan Highway and visited Alaska.
Marion is survived by her husband, Lester Sunvison, of Livingston; and two sons, Paul J. (Stacy) Sunvison, of Livingston, and Walter D. (Edna Mae) Sunvison, of Oregon City, OR., and three grandchildren. Also surviving is one great-grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
