Mrs. Martha Adeline Boles, 91, died Friday morning after a lengthy illness at the home of Dock Boles on the Biloxi Creek Road.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock at the Church of Christ with Rev. Luther Blackburn officiating. The body will lie in state at the residence of Dock Boles until the funeral hour. Interment will be in the Glendale Cemetery.
Mr. Boles was born March 25, 1858 in Alabama and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by 3 sons, Oscar and Dock Boles of Lufkin and B. I. Boles of Cleveland; daughter, Mrs. Clippie Burrous of Lufkin; 25 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Oakley-Metcalf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
