CHESAPEAKE - Lena Dodd Creekmore Palos, 87, passed away May 4, 2011. She was the daughter of the late George and Bessie Dodd. She was predeceased by her husbands, Lawrence Creekmore, Anton Palos and a son, Allen Creekmore. She is survived by her four sons, Roy Creekmore and his wife Maureen O'Brien, Charles Creekmore and his wife Kathryn, Larry Creekmore and Lewis Creekmore and his wife Ronda Shary; two stepdaughters, Martha Whisenhunt and her husband Bob Elco and Marrianne Ennis; one brother, Fred Dodd; as well as 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate her life will be held today, May 7, at 1 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, Chesapeake with Pastor Thornton Frye officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk.
