The funeral for W. Anglin Beaman, 76, of Hennessey, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Hennessey Church of Christ. Lanny Jobe will officiate. Burial will be in Hennessey Cemetery. Arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home, Hennessey.
He was born Jan. 23, 1930, northwest of Hennessey to E.A. and Ruth Seney Beaman and died Thursday, May 4, 2006, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center.
He married Beulah Lindsey April 10, 1949, in Ames. They farmed and operated a dairy in the Lacey area until 1984, when they moved to Arizona. They returned to Hennessey in 1993. He was a carpenter and handyman. He was a member of Hennessey Church of Christ, was a past member of AMPI, served 10 years on the Lacey School Board and was past member of Tri-County Water Resources Board.
Surviving are one son, Gary Beaman, a daughter, Kathi Reilly and one sister, Betty Marney, all of Hennessey; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beulah.
