Margaret Hattenstein Edmonds passed away on June 21, 2011. She was born on June 15, 1925 to Jesse and Pauline Hattenstein in Chickasaw, AL. Mrs. Edmonds was preceded in death by two children, Lucien Edmonds and Dale Edmonds; and one grandson, John Edmonds. She is survived by her husband, Charles Paul Edmonds; her children, Charles (Lily) Edmonds III, Margaret (Billy) Tanner, Walter (Debbie) Edmonds, Ann (Emanuel) Cook, Richard (Debbie) Edmonds, Steve (Linda) Edmonds, Ted Lee (Rhonda) Ed-monds, David Edmonds, Gary (Debbie) Edmonds, Paul (Tiffany) Edmonds and Kent (Marsha) Edmonds; four sisters, Helen Ed-monds, Teenie (Dorris) Vaughn, Betty Seals, Nita (Trammel) Miller and Irene (Sonny) Turner; 39 grand-children, 47 great-grandchil- dren, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Edmonds greatest pleasure was her family and the love she had for little children. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses in the Heart CCU at Springhill Hospital for being special angels. We are very thankful for the love and support from our family and friends. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial dona-tions to American Heart Association , 1101 North-chase Pkwy., Marietta, GA 30067. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 23, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland with Glen Vaughn and Tom Dees officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 9:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
