HURST - Jim Ijames, a retired territorial automobile merchandise manager for Sears, Roebuck and Co., died Sunday of complicatons of diabetes at a Dallas hospital. He was 76.

Funeral will be at noon Wednesday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.

Private burial will be in Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.

The family will receive visitors from 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.

Mr. Ijames was born in Indianapolis. He was with Sears for 34 years. He was a Shriner and a member of the Scottish Rite.

Survivors: Wife, Margaret Ijames of Hurst; son, Jim Ijames of Irving; daughter, Tina Looney of Garland; two sisters, Josephine West of Plainview, N.Y., and Ruth Burris of Delphi, Ind.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
