Mrs. Rebecca Cole Buried Sunday
Mrs. Rebecca Cole aged 82 years, a life long resident of Franklin township, died Saturday morning at the home of Mrs. Nellie Thielas, where she had made her home the past three years. She had been failing for some time and was confined to her bed about a month. She was a member of the Tipton Community church.
Survivors are two step sons, Andrew Cole of Jackson and Frank Cole of Grass Lake.
The funeral was held Sunday in the Community Church at Tipton. Rev. Charles H. Wright officiated and hyms were sang by Miss Alma Luce. Bearers were John Mohr, F.C. Cook, Frank Jenkins, Frank Buldvia,
Burt Claus, Clarence Fisher. Burial was made in Reynolds cemetery.
Those from a distance who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Everett Case and son Leland, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Cole of Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Cole and Mrs. Frank Cole of Grass Lake and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Satterla of Clinton.
