Services for Charlie Ruth Hux of Brookhaven are 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 24, at Stringer Funeral Home Chapel in Hazlehurst with burial in Wesson Cemetery.
Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hux, 90, died Oct. 20, 2003, at Haven Hall Nursing Home.
She was a member of Damascus Baptist Church.
Survivors are her daughters, Mattie Ruth Easter of Birmingham, Ala., and Frances Smith of Meridian; her brother, Willie O'Neil (sic) of Hazlehurst; her sisters, Dessie Morris, Peggy Brabham and Ruby Knight, all of Brookhaven; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
