Early Mrs. Balmer, Roberts Resident Dies (Special to The Poat-Reglater) RIGBY. Oct. 6.—Mr«. Catherine Balmer, continuous resident in the Roberts vicinity for the past 74 years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Otto Hansen, route 1, Rigby, Friday morning following a lingering illness. Mrs. Balmer, the last survivor of the John Adams family, early pioneers in the Roberts section, had been living with her daughter near Rigby for the past two months. She was born in Roberts, which was then known as Market Lake, and was married on July 14, 1886 in Eagle Rock, now Idaho Falls. Mr.
Balmer, who died on March 3, 1928 in Roberts was a farmer Surviving are the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Lovina Sheely, Idaho Falls John Balmer, Idaho Falls; Mrs Olive Burwell, Roberts and Mrs Ada Hansen, Rigby. Sixteen grand children and 16 great grandchil dren also survive. Funeral services will be announ red later. Burial will be in the Rose Hill cemetery in Idaho Falls The body is'at the Wood Funeral home in Idaho Falls..
