Port Huron--Iva L. Whitwam, 91, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1999 in the Evangelical Home.

She was born Feb. 20, 1907 in Applegate. She married Floyd Whitwam. He died July 28, 1982.

She is survived by her daughters, Lois Studaker of Lakeport and Pamela Beaver of Port Huron; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; her brother, Wesley Cornwell of Smiths Creek; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son Dornis in 1995 and her grandson Scott, in 1995.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the Arthur Smith Funeral Home, 1230 Seventh St. The Rev. Richard Finchke of Countryside Christian Church will officiate. Burial will be in Forrest Cemetery.

Visiting hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.

Pallbearers will be Donald Cornwell, David Cornwell, Robert Kroetsch, George Kroetsch, Tom Dimon and Tom Watson. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Benedict and Tom Dimon Jr.

Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
