MAGEE - Services were held at 10 a.m. today at Mims Mitchell Funeral Home in Magee for Reuel B. Allen, 87, of Purvis, who died April 2, 2001, at Wesley Medical Center.
Burial will be in Magee City Cemetery.
Mr. Allen was a retired salesman and a member of 38th Avenue Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Walters Allen.
Survivors include, one daughter, Sarah Carney of Purvis; one brother, Howard Allen of Houston, Texas; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mims Mitchell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
