Services for Mildred Perry, 55, will be at 2pm Wednesday in Eastside Church of Christ with burial in the Kermit Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home. Mildred died at 5:30am Monday at Odessa's Medical Center Hospital of an illness.
She was born March 13, 1921 in Maricopa, CA. and was a retired secretary for Cabot Corporation. She lived in Winkler County for 47 years. She married Victor Perry on Dec 19, 1964 in Kermit.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Earl Gartman; a step-son, Donald Perry; a step-daughter, Carolyn Hamlet; a brother, Dewey Holton; three sisters, Thelma Minter, Mrs, R E Hicks and Agnes Scott; and one grandchild.
