Daughter of Judge Ambrose and Rachel Robins Hutcheson, of Greene County, Georgia, USA.

Sister of Julia F Hutheson Rowland and Charles Roean Hutcheson, both buried at this cemetery.

Wife of John J Rowland, married 15 Nov 1849.

Both Lucy and John were listed in the 1900 Saline County Federal Census, but not the 1910.

When he applied for an increase in his Confederate Soldier's pension on June 26, 1908 he states "I do not myself, nor does my wife, nor do we both together, own property, real or personal"

Her grave is assumed to be at Scott Cemetery, but it did not have a headstone. There is a rock beside her husband's headstone that may mark her grave. I have placed a memorial stone for her beside the rock. Her husband's grave has a Confederate Soldier Marker that was placed in 1936.
