Tuesday, July 26th, 2005 - BAU, MICHAEL E. - BAU, MICHAEL E. Michael E. Bau, of Mount Vernon, passed away on July 23, 2005. Michael was born October 17, 1978 to Kenneth and Donna (Van Fleet) Bau in Yonkers, NY. He attended the Pennington Grimes Elementary School and Blessed Sacrament and Mount Vernon High Schools. Michael was an altar server at St. Ursula's Church, a Boy Scout and Cub Scout. He trained in karate for many years, under sensei Raymond Fitzpatrick in New Rochelle. Michael was an avid sports enthusiast who enjoyed water skiing and skiing, weight lifting, tennis and golf. He also loved spending time with his family, playing darts, riding his motorcycle, playing guitar and his dog Jaws. Michael is survived by his loving parents Kenneth and Donna Bau, his cherished sister and brothers Stephanie and James Bau and William Deemer. Friends may visit the funeral home on Wednesday and Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ursula's Church on Friday at 10 am. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
