Mr. Turner, a retired truck driver, died Friday at Lancaster General Hospital.
He was born at Elkton, and was a son of the late Arthur G. and Rosella Turner. Mr. Turner had lived at Lancaster 32 years.
He was a member of the United Brethren Church, at Elkton.
Surviving are his wife, the former Dorothy V. Yancey; four sons, Weldon L., Thelbert Y., and Robert H. Turner, all of Lancaster; and Dorsey O. Turner, of Mount Nebo, Pa.; a daugher, Mrs. Wonda Oster, Jr., of Lancaster, Pa.; and 16 grandchildren.
