Michael A. Fornal, 64, of Hammond, IN. passed away Friday, February 25, 2005 at St. Margaret Mercy Hospital, North Campus, Hammond, IN. He is survived by two children: Tracy Fornal and Timothy Fornal, both of Hammond, IN; one grandson, Aaron McDonald of Schererville, IN; dear friend, Mary Fornal of Hammond, IN; aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Edith Fornal. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at 11 a.m. from LaHayne Funeral Home, 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond, IN. Burial, St. Michael Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Monday from 6-8 p.m at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the family would be appreciated. Michael was a lifetime resident of this area, a member of All Saints Church of Hammond, IN, a retired clerk from E.J.& E.
