Asenath was born in Ross County, Ohio to Martin and Mary (Odle) Boots. Her father moved the family to Grant Co., Indiana about 1825 where she met and married George Brodrick (Broadrick, or Broderick) on 28 June 1828. George and Asenath moved their family to Richland Co., Wisconsin sometime between 1860 and 1870. Her children: Cyrus F b 1834 served in the Civil and then moved to the state of Washington, never married.); Rebecca b. 1850 found no further information after the 1870 census; Nancy b. 1853(4) married Albert Wright in Apr 1873 d 1874 (death not verified); and Matilda (Martha) b. Jan 1856 md. Layefette Wright moved to Washington where she died in Sep 1936 (obit from Spokesman Review in Spokane Washington.
