Funeral services for Paul S. Chesterfield who died yesterday at the Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, will be held at the Dokken, Nelson and Kippen Sunset chapel tomorrow at 2 p.m.
Members of the Masonic Lodge of Three Forks will be pallbearers. Graveside services will be conducted in the Sunset Hills Cemetery by the Three Forks Masonic Lodge.
Chesterfield was 42 years old and a resident of Trident where he was chief clerk at the Trident Cement plant at the time of his death.
He was born on January 21, 1907 in Watertown, S. Dak. He attended grade school in South Dakota before coming to Lewistown, Montana in 1922 where he finished high school. He attended Billings Polytechnic Institute from 1933 until 1935 when he went to work for the Ideal Cement co., formerly the Three Forks Portland Cement Co.
On May 22, 1938, he married Bertha Mathews in Roundup, Montana.
Chesterfield was a Past Master of the Three Forks Masonic Lodge and a member of the Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife and two sons, Burton Paul and William Arthur, a sister, Mrs. L. H. Miller of Forest Grove, one brother, Herbert H. Chesterfield of Roundup and several nieces and nephews.
