Mrs. Sam Loeppke

Funeral services for Mrs. Samuel (Anetta) Loeppke, 68, of 510 Maple Lane, Moorhead, MN., and formerly of Heaton, N.D., will be held Thursday, August 15 at 2 p.m. at the Heaton Congregational Church.

Mrs. Loeppke died at Fargo on Sunday, August 11 after a long illness.

Rev. Marvin Arenson will officiate.

LeRoy Long will be soloist and Mrs. Albert Stock, organist.

Casket bearer will be Albert Mack, Rollie Erman, Burton Brakel, Lloyd Miller, Lawrence Alfson and John Neumiller.

Burial will be in the Heaton Cemetery, Heaton, N.D.

Annetta Ahner, daughter of Gottfried and Elizabeth Ahner, was born January 20, 1906 in Sebach, Russia.

She came with her parents to Heaton in 1910.

Later the family moved to Carrington.

She married Samuel Loeppke at Steele on June 1, 1925.
They lived at Pettibone until 1944 when they moved to Heaton. Since 1971 they have lived in Moorhead.

She is survived by her husband, Samuel; two sons, Edward, Bismarck, N.D.;
James, Duluth, MN.; three daughters, Mrs. Betty Walicski and Mrs. Gordon (Arlene) Balbol both of Moorhead, MN.; Mrs. Allen (Barbara) Schmidt, Walhalla; 16 grandchildren; four

brothers; Gottfried Ahner, Hopkins, MN., Max, Zimmerman, Minn.; John, Vancouver, Wash; Oscar, Springfield, OR;
two sisters, Mrs. George (Christina) Tobias, Hopkins, MN; and Mrs. Elmer (Edna) Benson, Minneapolis, MN.

She was preceded in death by a brother.
