Lewis Webb was a single man and retired farmer. He had served on the Union side in the Civil War and after the war lived in Carthage, Missouri and in Marion Township.
At the age of 74 yrs, 5 mos & 15 days he passed away at his home at 908 Clinton in Carthage from chronic nephritis.
Dr. K. E. Baker, MD was the attending physician and funeral arrangements were in charge of the Knell Undertaking Company.
