Otis Gray "Tot" Lem, 78, of Atkins died Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville.
He was born Feb. 26, 1933, at Mill Creek, the son of Lewis Grant and Maggie Elizabeth Taylor Lem. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran, heavy equipment operator, well driller and master welder.
Preceded in death by his parents; one brother, George Lem and a sister, Mary Utley.
Survived by a daughter and a son, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, many friends and a host of other family members.
Graveside service with military rites and burial will be 10 a.m. Friday at Pisgah Cemetery with Bro. Steve Ferguson officiating. Visitation from 6-8 p.m. today at Lemley Funeral in Atkins.
