Mrs. Ella M., wife of Jasper Bloom, died at her home near this city, on Friday, November 21st 1919, after a long and painful suffering which she bore with christian fortitude, aged 49 years, 7 months and 3 days. She is survived by her husband and six children: Mrs. Emmanuel Dull, of near this city; Mrs. William Niner and Mrs. Edward Spencer, of Smallwood; three sons, Ralph, Truman and George, at the home; three sisters, Mrs. Charles Wagner, this city; Mrs. Ida Greenwood, New Windsor; Mrs. George Wagner of Frederick; five brothers, Mack Horton, Winfield, Joseph Horton, Taylorsville, Charles, William and Harvey Horton of New Windsor; and other relatives who mourn her death. Funeral services were held at Sam's Creek Church, Sunday, conducted by Elder A.P. Snader. Interment in adjoining cemetery. Jas. A. Stoner, funeral director. The family returns thanks to neighbors and friends for favors during her death and illness.
