She was born in Dry Fork, Arkansas, the daughter of John David and Belle Sugg. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church, a longtime resident of Fayetteville, retiring from the S&H Green Stamp Redemption Store. She was actively involved with the Washington Regional Auxiliary Volunteers. She loved outdoor activities of gardening and fishing and was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan! She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence E. Stamps, Jan. 22, 1981, and a grandson, Chance Stamps, on April 3, 1999.

She was 91 when she passed away at Northwest Nursing Center. I have a copy of her obit.
