J. B. Ashley, 83, Dies in Atlanta
J. B. Ashley, 93 [sic], died in an Atlanta hospital on March 21 after a three weeks' illness. Funeral services were held March 22 at the Jackson Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. E. D. Rudisill and the Rev. L. O. Leavell officiating. Interment was in Oak Hill cemetery.
Mr. Ashley is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Joe McWaters and Mrs. W. L. Wright, both of Newnan, 18 [sic] grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
