A. Emmet Logue, 58 of Richmond,VA, passed away June 7, 2011 after a short illness. Emmet grew up in Norwell, a graduate of Norwell High, UMass Amherst and received an MPA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He served in Richmond City Government for over 28 years. Emmet is survived by his wife Carol of Richmond, son Eric of London, daughter Rebecca of Richmond and grandson William of London. Brother of Jeannine Zarkauskas of Scituate, Joanne Morris of VA, Peter Logue of CT, Amy Bedell of Medway, Chris Logue of NY and 11 nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Francis and Jeannine Logue. A Memorial Service to be held this summer in Richmond.
