Services were Monday at 9:30 a.m. in the Shimkus-Helmer Funeral Home, with a 10 a.m. concelebrated Mass in Resurection Church. The Rev. Richard Fitzsimmons was the the celebrant, the Rev. Michael Zeleznikar, concelebrant. Burial was in St. Vincent's Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers were his three sons, Michael, Daniel and Timothy Nagle; Edward Oklesen, Richard Walgenbach and James Pijanowski.
Mr. Nagle was born April 24, 1931, in LaSalle to John W. and Elsie (Karl) Nagle. He married Dorothy Oklesen Jan. 31,1953 in St. Roch's Church, LaSalle. He was a member of Resurrection Church and its Holy Name Society. He was employed by Libbey-Owens Ford Glass Co., Ottawa, until his illness.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Michael, Daniel and Timothy, all of Normal; three grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Elsie Walgenbach and his stepfather, Richard Walgenbach, both of Peru; three sisters, Mrs. James (JoAnne) Pijanowski, Mrs. John (Mary) Lentz, both of Peru, and Mrs. Frank (Patricia) Yates of Bell, Calif.
He was preceded in death by bis father and a sister in infancy.
