Mrs. James Neffendorf, nee Lillie Gerloff Dechert, passed away Friday, March 11, at the age of 81. Mrs. Neffendorf is survived by her husband James of Doss; and the following children: Clyde and Anna Dechert of Silt, Colo., Dale and Kim Neffendorf of Silt, Colo., and Dean and Michele Neffendorf of Paige, Texas; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and the following brothers, sisters and their spouses: Ruth and Richard Neffendorf of Fredericksburg, Milton and Edna Gerloff of Fredericksburg, Anita Crenwelge of Fredericksburg, Edgar Wendel of Fredericksburg and Laura Gerloff of Kerrville. Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie Neffendorf will be Monday, March 14, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Beckmann Funeral Home, with ministers James Engelmann and Ron Keller officiating. Interment will follow in St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery in Doss. Visitation for Mrs. Neffendorf was Sunday, March 13, 3-6 p.m., and Monday, March 14, 7 a.m.-2 p.m., in Beckmann Funeral Home.
