She survived her husband John WARNER of Great Waltham, Essexshire, England and per the terms of his will which he wrote 23d 5m 1584 she was sole executrix. Despite claims to contrary, her maiden name has NOT been proven. Of the names of John & Margaret's children, Edward stands out as what may have been the name of her father and of her daughter's names for what may have been her mother's name Margery stands out. Elizabeth was then a very common name and that of the then reigning and extremely popular monarch Queen Elizabeth I. Johan (a variant of the modern Joan) was also a very common name.
