Jeffrey B. Comolli, 59, of Second Street, loving husband of Virginia Hull Comolli, died on Friday, February 27, 2004 at St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Albany on October 11, 1944, Jeff has been a resident of Watervliet his whole life and was raised by his aunt, Barbara Comolli and his late grandmother, Marion. He was a graduate of Watervliet High School and studied accounting at Hudson Valley Community College along with business administration at Schenectady Community College. Jeff was employed by the Golub Corp. for 27 years, most recently as a shift supervisor in their warehouse in Duanesburg. He retired in 2000. Mr. Comolli was a member of the Watervliet B.P.O.E. #1500 and a social member of the Watervliet V.F.W. #729. He also bowled at the Watervliet Elks and participated in the Watervliet Arsenal's Pitch and Putt league. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Virginia; his children and their spouses, Darcyanne Comolli and her husband Dr. Akhtar Hussain of Aberdeen, Scotland, Timothy M. and Karen Comolli of Schaghticoke, Nadina Comolli and her husband Brian Carroll of Watervliet; a sister, Diane Fox; and his aunt, Barbara Comolli of Ballston Spa; three grandchildren, Jordan, Zachary and Adam Michael Comolli. He was predeceased by his father, Jasper.
