Myron Alford, 80 of Plattville passed away at the Copley hospital Monday, December 2, 1940.
He was born in Plattville August 26, 1860 and spent his entire life in that community. He was a retired blacksmith.
He leaves to mourn, his wife, Emma, a son Frank of Seward and a daughter Mrs. Helen Gregory of Oswego.
Services were held at the Plattville Methodist church Thursday, at 2 p.m..... Burial was in the Plattville cemetery. Pall-bearers were Ira Convis, Hollis Blackman, Stanley Daden, Alfred Heap, William Reed and William Arundale.
