Paul E. Vonada, 77, of Aaronsburg, died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003, at Centre Crest nursing home, Bellefonte. Born June 26, 1926, in Haines Township, he was a son of the late Emanuel and Ella Jordan Vonada. On Nov. 23, 1947, he married Evelyn L. Kline, who survives. He was a carpenter for John Day Construction Co. and Bench Mark Construction. He formerly worked for Titan Metal Products and for 27 years at Piper Aircraft. He enjoyed making maple syrup, raising muskrats and hunting. He was a Protestant. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, two sons, a sister, Violet Boone, of Bellefonte, six grandchildren. and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Steven R. Neff Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Millheim. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Stover Cemetery, Aaronsburg.
