John Roger St. Clair, 67, died peacefully at his home in McAllen, Texas on June 9, 2011.
He was born in McAllen, Texas to John Robert St. Clair, Jr. and Lola Susan Akin St. Clair in 1944.

Roger enlisted in the U. S. Navy in 1965 during the Vietnam War. Upon his discharge in 1969 he returned to McAllen, Texas and joined his father in the family canning food business, Renown Foods Company. He later worked with his brother-in-law at Mid Valley Ford in Mercedes, Texas.

He married his wife in 1984 and shared his life with her for nearly 27 years. They were blessed with twin daughters in 1998.

He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed riding motorcycles, camping, fishing, hunting, and gardening. He especially loved the beach at South Padre Island and enjoyed cooking and watching his favorite cooking shows. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.His parents and his daughter, Megan Lee St. Clair, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lilia St. Clair and his beloved daughter, Elizabeth St. Clair of McAllen, Texas; his sister Mimi Gautier (Jim) of Mercedes, Texas; his father-in-law Guadalupe Montemayor and mother-in-law Amelia Montemayor; his brother-in-law Alex Montemayor (Edna); sister-in-law Josie Gutierrez (Roel) all of McAllen, Texas; and sister-in-law Mary Arredondo (Benjamin Jr.) of Edinburg, Texas; 7 nephews, Andrew and Alejandro Montemayor Jr., Benjamin Arredondo III, Steven and Samuel Gutierrez, Michael Saucedo and Tomas Gomez; 2 nieces, Angela Arredondo and Jennifer Chapa.

Interment took place at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in McAllen.
