Wife of Miller Isbell.
She was probably born about 1810.
Her maiden name was said to be Womack (Pauline Jones Gandrud, ALABAMA RECORDS, Volume 162, Jackson County, page 90).
They married before 1830 and she died 1840-50.
She was probably born in Tennessee,a member of the Womack family that was associated with the Isbells for four generations by this time, from the Watauga Settlement to Jackson County, Alabama.
It is uncertain whether she was buried at Macedonia and so only an assumption that she may have been buried beside her husband at Macedonia Church. The Isbells owned land nearby. Church records have not been searched but may contain the exact dates of death and burial if membership records have survived.
