GIRE, LILLIAN R., 86, of Walton, KY, died on Wednesday, June 8, 2011. She was a former clerk at Ann Herbert's Dress Shop and Create-A-Cake. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Gire; sisters, Dorothy Garrison, Mavis Benjamin and Eva Hildebrandt. She is survived by her sons, H. Carey Gire (Sabine Dahm), Richard Gire (Alicia); sister, Norma Hanke (Walter); grandchildren, Evan Christopher Gire and Mark Alexander Gire. Her service will be on Saturday at noon at the Hardy Valley Funeral Home, with burial in the Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
