Katherine Hazel (Diehl) Kiplinger reached the milestone of her 100th birthday! "Hazel" as she was known, was born Sept. 3, 1894, in Nickerson, Neb. She married Rete Kiplinger on June 25, 1919, in Bushnell, Neb. She was a homemaker. She raised six children. She was a member of Wheat Ridge United Methodist Church, the Wheat Ridge Grange and Jefferson County FCE. At the time of her death she was living in Arvada at the Colorado Lutheran Home.
