Funeral services were held Sunday for Mrs. Lena Reynolds, Kings Mountain, who died Friday following an illness of several months. She was 57 years of age.
She was born in Lincoln County, the daughter of Craig and Tenia Singleton Gooch. She was united in marriage to Earl Reynolds. She was a member of the Pond Baptist Church.
Survivors are her husband; four daughters, Mrs. Maxine Davidson, Mrs. Lorene Dean, Mrs. Lucille Wood, and Mrs. Rita Siler, all of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sons, Junior Reynolds, Waynesburg, and Larry Lee Reynolds, Kings Mountain; three sisters, Mrs. Viola Singleton, Danville, Miss Iva Gooch, Stanford, and Mrs. Lillian Adington, Kings Mountain.
Funeral services were held at the Double Springs Baptist Church, Waynesburg, with the Rev. Durand Smallwood officiating.
Burial was in the Double Springs Cemetery.
