WELLAND TRIBUNE, FEB. 2, 1978:
AUGUSTINE - Mrs. Doris Hilda Augustine of 136 Park Street, Port Colborne, passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital, Hamilton on Wednesday, February 1, 1978 in her 68th year. Dear mother of Barbara (Mrs. Gordon Carpenter) of Mooresville, N.C., and Ronald Augustine of Lindsay. Also survived by four grandchildren and one brother Edward Woodcock. Mrs. Augustine rests at the Port Colborne Chapel of Davidson Funeral Homes, 135 Clarence Street where the service will be held on Saturday, February 4 at 2 pm. Interment Overholt Cemetery. Flowers and memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully accepted.
