Mrs. Florence M Streeter, 79, of 13 Railroad St., Freeville, died Tuesday, May 21, 1974 in Lakeside Nursing Home.
She was the widow of Ivan J. Streeter who died in 1964.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Freeville, the Senior Citizens of Dryden, and was a former member of the Pythian Sisters of Freeville.
Born January 15, 1895 in King Ferry, Cayuga County, New York to the late Willis W. and Anna Newberry Atwater, she had lived in King Ferry and in the Cortland area before moving to Freeville in 1942.
Surviving are three sons, Willis Burton Streeter of McGraw, Robert Ivan Streeter of Cortland and Stanley Joseph Streeter of Getzville; a daughter, Mrs. John (Ruth) Doll of Dryden; 11 grandchildren; one great grandson; two step great grandchildren; two nephews, and several cousins.
Services were held at 10 A.M. Thursday in the Perkins Funeral Home in Dryden. The Rev. Emil Premru of Cincinnatus assisted by the Rev. Thomas F. Kline of the United Methodist Church, Freeville, officiated. Burial was in West Genoa Cemetery in King Ferry, Cayuga County, New York.
