No burial record found. Living in Brownington 1880 and his family found there in 1900. His wife is listed in newer adjoining Maplewood altho her death cert states Brownington Cem. He may be buried in one of the many unmarked graves in Brownington or have one of the broken/illegible stones scattered about.

*obit of dau Nancy Jane indicated she had a brother killed during civil war. Madison is not found after 1860 census, and her other brothers are living as of 1870 & 1880. No record has been found re Madison in civil war, he may have used his other given name -- anyone with information about Madison, please send SAC.
